While we will give as much information as possible to a client about the lenders and their products and policies and suggest the most suitable lender/lenders for their application, ultimately we ask our clients to tell us where they would like us to place their own application. There are significant differences in interest rates and products available from the different lenders and choosing the right lender and product can save customers many thousands of Euro over the mortgage term. Consequently locating the best interest rate and overall deal for the client is a key driver in the process.
