| Legal fees can be broken
down into two parts. Firstly the fee plus vat that your solicitor
will charge, specifically for the work that he/she has to undertake
with regard to conveyancing work. The second part of your fees will
specifically cover legal outlay, which is a term that covers the various
sum repayments that you have to make to register your ownership of
the property, in the land registry or registry of deeds.
Where appropriate or where requested we will be happy to recommend
a solicitor to a potential client from a small panel of solicitors
with whom we work on a regular basis. All of these firms would have
offices adjacent to our own for the convenience of our clients.
Legal fees vary significantly depending on a wide variety of facts,
and especially where clients are both selling and buying. Please
find listed below a competitive legal fee structure that we have
agreed with a local firm for first time buyer applications.
